Here is what you'll need!

6-INGREDIENT NO-BAKE CARAMEL TARTS
Servings: 20

INGREDIENTS
24 chocolate cream cookies
4 tablespoon butter, melted
1½ cup sugar
½ cup water
½ cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ cup heavy cream
6 ounces dark chocolate

Topping
Sea salt

PREPARATION
Place cookies into plastic bag and smash until fine crumbles form, or use a food processor and make it as fine as possible.
In a large bowl, combine cookie crumbs and melted butter and mix until it clusters.
In a cupcake tin, put a spoonful of the crumb mixture and form into crusts.
Freeze for 2 hours.
In a medium saucepan, heat sugar and water until amber brown. Do not stir!
Take off the heat and pour in the heavy cream and vanilla, stirring until caramel forms. Caution: adding the cream will cause sugar to boil, so carefully mix.
Quickly pour caramel into the cookie crust and let it sit until caramel is firm. Approximately 5 minutes.
Heat up the heavy cream and add the dark chocolate. Let the chocolate sit for a minute and stir until smooth.
Pour a spoonful of chocolate over the caramel and then refrigerate for an hour or until the chocolate is firm.
Sprinkle the tarts with some sea salt to balance sweetness if desired, and enjoy!

6-Ingredient No-Bake Caramel Tarts ─ Tasty

Ready to fight off hostile alien forces? Well, first things first - let's get our bellies ready for battle with BEN 10 CHILI FRIES!

Ingredients:
1 white food tray
1 sheet of parchment paper
2 cups of frozen french fries
1 cup of beef chili
Liquid cheese
Jalapenos

And cut out and glue to your food tray.

Dice some onions (optional)

Bake or fry the french fries. If frying, heat oil to 375F and cook fries for 3-5 minutes until cooked through and golden brown on the outside. Heat up the chili in a pot.

Add fries to the tray, cover in chili and diced onions (optional)

To make the more cheesey and jalapeno deluxe version, go ahead and add a layer of liquid cheese on top of your fries, followed by a smaller layer of fries, and coat with chili and sprinkle jalapenos on top.

Bacon Avocado Brussels Sprout Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette
Servings: 4-6

INGREDIENTS
Salad
20 brussels sprouts, shaved
1 avocado, diced
6 green onions,diced
1 cup spinach
7 bacon slices cut into ½-inch pieces
⅓ cup parmesan
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup sliced almonds (slicing optional)

Lemon Vinaigrette
4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon salt

Garnish
Lemon zest

PREPARATION
1. In a small bowl, prepare the vinaigrette.
2. Juice one lemon into the bowl and remove the seeds.
3. Add the dijon mustard, oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk together.
4. Once mixed, slowly add the olive oil while continuing to whisk until evenly blended.
5. Set aside until ready to dress the salad.
6. Prepare the salad. Slice off the stem of the brussels sprouts and cut each one in half. Thinly slice the half horizontally, shaving the brussels sprouts.
7. In a large bowl, combine brussels sprouts and spinach.
8. Add the rest of the salad ingredients.
9. Pour the dressing evenly over the bowl.
10. Toss thoroughly until well mixed.
11. Enjoy!

Hidden Veggie Meatballs
Servings: 7-8 (makes 26 meatballs)

INGREDIENTS
1 large carrot, shredded
1 zucchini, shredded
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
¼ cup parmesan, grated
¼ cup onion, minced
¼ cup parsley, minced
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs

Marinara Sauce
16 ounces spaghetti, cooked
Parmesan, for garnish

PREPARATION
1. Place shredded carrot and zucchini on a clean towel and wring out as much liquid as possible.
2. Place strained carrot and zucchini in a bowl and add ground beef, ground pork, parmesan, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and eggs. Mix until just combined.
3. Grab about a ¼ cup of the mixture and roll into a ball.
4. Either pan-fry the meatballs over medium-high heat until all sides are golden brown, about 10 minutes, and pour marinara sauce into the pan. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Or you can bake them on a piece of parchment paper at 250˚F/180˚C for 30-35 minutes, flipping after the first 15 minutes. Warm up marinara sauce on the side.
5. Serve with cooked spaghetti and parmesan cheese.
6. Enjoy!

I have been vegan for a while now and I have been super conflicted with my channel not being in alignment with my life and my beliefs
I am transitioning my channel/blog to align with my beliefs, I have been veg for 8+ years and have been in severe conflict here on my channel AND when I owned my bakery by promoting the exploited animal industry, so I finally "got off the fence" and decided to stop being a hypocrite and follow my heart and soul passion.
I understand not everyone cares to be open to this kind of baking
(although I have been making some of my BEST recipes more recently!)
So I hope and wish that folks will be open minded and give me the same understanding for following my heart.
This has not been the case 100% so far, as I have sadly been met with anger and hatred
However others have been showing tremendous support and encouragement. I hope you will at least give it a chance. :)

Here is what you'll need!

Honey-Garlic Chicken & Veggie Skewers

INGREDIENTS

Marinade
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
⅓ cup honey
⅓ cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon pepper

Skewers
Wooden skewers
3 chicken breasts, cubed
1 red onion
2 red bell peppers
2 orange bell peppers
2 yellow bell peppers
Parsley

PREPARATION
Soak the skewers in water for 5-10 minutes and set aside.
If baking, preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
In a bowl with the chicken, add the ingredients for the marinade and mix until coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Prepare the vegetables by cutting them into 1-inch squares.
Assemble the skewers starting with the red onion, followed by the bell peppers and chicken.
Repeat three times.
Place the prepared skewers on a baking sheet and brush with remaining marinade.
Bake or grill for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!

Here is what you'll need!

CABERNET-BRAISED SHORT RIBS
Servings: 6

INGREDIENTS
6 pieces large beef short ribs, each 14 to 16 ounces, trimmed of excess fat

Marinade
2 celery stalks, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 medium carrots, peeled, trimmed, and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium leek, white and light-green parts only, split lengthwise, thoroughly rinsed, and coarsely chopped
6 garlic cloves, peeled
1 bay leaf
4 sprigs fresh thyme
Whole black pepper, to taste
1 bottle (750 milliliters) Cabernet Sauvignon

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 quarts unsalted beef broth or chicken broth

Garnish
Mashed potatoes
Italian parsley, chopped, as needed

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350F˚/180C˚.
In a large bowl, add the short ribs and all vegetables and herbs for the marinade. Add the wine to cover. Marinate at least 6 hours in the fridge.
Remove the meat from the marinade and pat dry with a towel or paper towel. Strain the veggies from the wine. Reserve both the wine and veggies for later.
Season the meat with a generous amount of salt and pepper. Coat each side with flour and set aside.
In a large ovenproof pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat on the stovetop. When the oil begins smoking, carefully slip ribs into the pot and sear until well-browned, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer ribs to plate.
In the same pot, sauté the veggies from the marinade until lightly caramelized and browned, 5 to 7 minutes.
Add the wine in the pot, stirring to deglaze. Add tomato paste and stir to dissolve. Bring the liquid to a boil so the alcohol from the wine evaporates. Add beef broth and bring it back to a boil. Add the ribs back to your pot. Spoon the liquid over the ribs to coat them.
Cover the pot and transfer to the middle rack of your oven. Bake until meat is tender enough to be pierced easily with fork, about 2½ hours, opening the oven every 30 minutes and carefully skimming the fat from surface.
Serve with mashed potatoes, or another side of your choice, and garnish with chopped parsley on top.
