Whole Cauliflower | 1 head
Olive Oil | 1/3 Cup
Salt & Pepper | To Taste
For Mushroom Gravy:
Portobello Mushrooms | 4 Medium
Onion | 1/2 ea.
Olive Oil | 1/2 Cup
Fresh Rosemary | 1 Tablespoon
Fresh Thyme | 1/2 Tablespoon
All-Purpose Flour | 1/2 Cup
Vegetable Stock | 4 Cups
Salt & Pepper | To Taste
