Here's the recipe for everything you'll need to recreate these desserts at home (Makes 4)
For the balls:
200g red candy melts
200g white candy melts
50g white fondant
750g black fondant
1 x 4" plastic christmas ornament or sphere mold
For the cookies:
White creme filled sandwich cookies
Edible images (note: you can order these online or have them printed at your local cake supply store)
For the ice cream:
1 x 550g (approx.) can crushed canned pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
½ can sweetened condensed milk 14oz
3 cups / 750ml whipping cream
1tsp vanilla
COOK the pineapple & sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened, 10-12 minutes. Refrigerate to cool. The mix will thicken slightly on cooling.
COMBINE condensed milk, vanilla and 2.5 cups whipping cream and beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
POUR half the ice cream into a freezer-safe container and drizzle over half the pineapple mixture. Use a skewer to swirl it through the ice cream creating pineapple ripples. Pour over remaining ice cream and repeat with the remaining pineapple mixture.
FREEZE 6-12 hours covered in plastic wrap
