Ingredients:
1 Foodstirs Organic Pancake mix
2 eggs
4 Tbs butter, melted
2 Tbs Greek yogurt
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup jelly
1/4 cup peanut butter
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, yogurt and milk. Slowly blend in the pancake mix and whisk until all incorporated.
Heat a griddle or sauté pan on medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter onto a squeeze bottle to create the death star design, beginning with the outer details, then filling in the empty spaces.
Let pancakes cool. Layer with peanut butter and jelly.
