Ingredients I used (serving 2)
: 200g thinly sliced beef (you can use chicken or other kinds)
: Some green onion
: 100g ~ enoki mushroom
: 150g ~300g Yakidofu (Grilled tofu)
: 3 tbsp sake
: 3 tbsp soy sauce
: 3 tbsp mirin
: 3 tbsp water
: 1 tbsp sugar
: Your rice and onsen tamago if you like

Ingredients for Onsen tamago
: 1000ml water (4 US cup)
: 2 egg (room temp IMPORTANT!)
: 7 inch pot (18cm)
: 1 tbsp katakuri starch (corn starch)
: 1 tbsp water

このチャンネルではアメリカ規格の計量器を使ってますので、日本よりほんの少しだけ多めです。例えば大さじ1は日本の大さじ1.25くらいです。1カップは日本だと200ccですがアメリカの1カップは230ccくらいです。参考までに。

使った材料 (2人分)
: 200g 牛ロース
: 長ネギ1本
: 150g ~ 300g 焼き豆腐
: 100g えのき
: 大さじ3 しょうゆ
: 大さじ3 さけ
: 大さじ3 みりn
: 大さじ3 水

おんせん卵の作り方(2個)
: 1リットル水
: 18cmの鍋
