1.5 kg of Baby (Chat) Potatoes (washed and halved)
2 Spring Onions (Thinly Sliced)
1/4 Cup of Sour Cream
1/4 Cup of Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup of Sweet Chilli Sauce
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes (plus chilling time)
Cooking Time: About 10 minutes
SERVES 4 - 8 (as a side dish)
