This week's recipe is a galette, which is a French pancake I stumbled across on my holidays in France last summer. Using buckwheat flour for the galette and cream cheese and frozen spinach for the filling (fried with garlic to make it extra tasty!), this is a dish for the kids or alternatively just for you when you have a free afternoon.
