Semi Whipped – Soft Peaks – Firmly Whipped? SHARE this video with every baker you know ‘cause I guaranTEE there’s a bunch of them who’d LOVE to know the difference between WHIPPED cream and WHOOPED cream!
I‘ve whipped thousands of batches of cream and I’ve ruined more than a few. So after all that whipping I thought I’d show you guys how to whip cream – the right way AND the wrong way!
Semi whipped is perfect for home made ice cream, folding through cheesecake batters and adding to mousse while soft peaks are great for dolloping on apple pie or spreading on top of a cake and Firm Peaks are great for in between cake layers and piping!
