- Ingredients for beef topping -
: 100g beef (prepared with 1 tsp sake & soy sauce + 2 tsp flour)
: 20g green onion (white part)
: 20g carrot
: 50g cabbage
: 4 shitake
: 1 tbsp miso
: 1 tbsp sake
: 1/2 tsp soy sauce
: Salt / pepper

- Ingredients for easy soup -
: 400ml dashi stock or you can use chicken stock
: 1 tsp ~ grated garlic
: 1 tsp ~ grated ginger
: 2 tbsp soy sauce
: A little sesame oil
* you can add green part of green onion when boiling and keeping warm

Other ingredients
: Noodle
: Dried chili strings
: Half-boiled egg (soft boiled)

： ５０ｇ キャベツ
： しいたけ ４つ
： 大１ みそ

： 小半 しょうゆ
： 塩こしょう

簡単スープの材料
： ４００ｃｃ 出汁
： 大２ しょうゆ
： 小１ おろしにんにく　
： 小１ おろししょうが
： ごま油少量
＊残った青ネギを使ってもいいかも
