Horlicks Oats Roti with Awesome Greens ─ Vahchef - VahRehVah

Horlicks Oats Munagaku Roti is a breakfast recipe which is nutritious, simple and delicious to eat with a spicy combination of curry.

Ingredients:
Horlicks Oats 1 cup, Garlic cloves 4 number, Maida / All-purpose flour 1 cup, Coconut powder 1 tablespoon, Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon, Munagaku (Drumstick leaves) 1 cup, Dry red chillies (crushed) 1 tea spoon, Salt to taste, Water as required, Coconut oil as required.


Method:
Grind Horlicks oats and garlic cloves to a fine powder, then add maida flour to it and grind it again.
Now, transfer it to a bowl, add coconut powder, sesame seeds, drumstick leaves, crushed dry red chillies, salt and mix well.
Then by adding water in small quantities mix it like a chapati dough.
Divide the dough in to small portions and roll them to thick rotis.
At last, roast the rotis on both sides by applying coconut oil.

Tasty Oats Munagaku Roti is now ready to serve with any spicy curry.
