Water-3 cup(750 ml)
Use 1.5 cup of water for 1 cup of Vermicelli

Tomato(chopped)-2(medium)
Green peas(fresh/frozen)-1/2 cup
Green chilli(chopped)-2
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp(optional)
Curry leaves-10 to 12
Tomato ketchup-2 tbsp
Cooking oil-4 tbsp
Asafoetida(hing)-2 pinch
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/3 tsp
Coriander powder-1/3 tsp
Cumin powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
