HEALTHY FRIED CHICKEN
Brine
300G Yoghurt
3 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp dried sage
2 tbsp onion powder
1 - 2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp ground black pepper
Dredge
2 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp dried sage
1 tbsp dried thyme
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 - 2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp ground black pepper
METHOD
1. Mix brine ingredient together and take 4 chicken legs, cut in half and brine for min 2 hours best results over night.
2. Mix the dredge ingredients together
3. Take the chicken legs, allow excess yoghurt to fall off and then dump into the drege and cover. Pat dredge in firmly
4. Bake in oven on 180 for 30 - 35 minutes
5 BOOOOOM!
