As you probably know by now Halloween is my FAVOURITE! So it stands to reason that I would love it when Trick or Treaters come a’ knockin’. But sometimes you get a little more than you expect…
RECIPE -
For the Oreo Biscuit base…
150g ground Oreos (with the cream!)
30g melted butter
1 ½ tsp Golden Syrup
For the Cheesecake…
575g cream cheese
115g caster sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 lg eggs
30g ground Oreos + Green food colouring
For the topping…
Chocolate ganache (150g double cream + 150g dark chocolate)
Black food colouring
Modelling paste in black, grey and zombie green
Edible black pen
