Chocolate on bacon might seem like a shocking combination, but it's actually quite addictive! Give it a try.
We brought the bacon to Ueno Zoo. Being on location is fun!
*Recipe*
1. Cut the bacon vertically into 3 strips.
2. Cook in an oven. Cook in an oven preheated to 200℃ until crisp. You need to remove the fat to make it crisp, so wipe off the oil with a paper towel. In my "Bistro," I cooked it for around 7 minutes using the top rack and heat from both sides.
3. Place the cooked bacon on a paper towel to drain the extra oil.
4. Melt 150g of chocolate. Adding vegetable oil equivalent to 7% of the chocolate's weight will make coating the bacon easier.
5. Coat 3 with 4.
