Horlicks Oats Dates Healthy Laddu ─ Vahchef - VahRehVah

Oats Dates Healthy Laddus are healthy, delicious and easy to make snacks. These sweet oats balls are made of Complex Carbs from Oats; Natural Sugars from Dates; and Minerals from Coconut. This protein-packed Laddu can be a quick after school snack for your kids or on the go power breakfast for you!

Ingredients:
Horlicks Oats 1 cup, Cardamom 1 tea spoon, Ghee as required, Icing sugar 1 cup, Dates 1/4 cup, Milk as required, Desiccated coconut powder 1/2 cup.

Method:
Dry roast  Horlicks oats in a pan and grind to a coarse powder. 
Use the same pan to dry roast desiccated coconut powder till it turns to golden brown color and keep it aside.
Chop dates, keep aside and pestle cardamom seeds.
Take powdered Horlicks oats in a bowl, add icing sugar, crushed cardamom, chopped dates, ghee, roasted coconut powder and mix well.
Now shape the mixture into laddus by adding milk in small quantities.

Delicious Horlicks Oats Dates Healthy Laddu is now ready to serve.
