Android Hamburger ? iOS Hamburger ? No problem , because only eggs.
After seeing the Perfect Little Egg Sandwich of the Dominique Ansel Bakery (http://dominiqueanseljapan.com/food) and the egg sandwiches of Azabujuban Amanoya (http://amano-ya.jp/menu_category/sand...), we were inspired to make our own egg sandwiches!

This hamburger-style sandwich has only egg in between!

We aren't very good at baking bread. We need to practice...

*Recipe*
Make the buns (Can also be kneaded by hand)
1. Mix 230g of strong flower, 50g of weak flower, and 3g of salt.
2. Mix together 20g of sugar and 3g of yeast in 170g of lukewarm water.
3. Add 1 to 2 and mix.
4. After quickly mixing it together, add 20g of unsalted butter cut into small pieces and knead.
5. After kneading it until it becomes smooth, shape it into a ball, put it in a bowl that you have brushed lightly with salad oil, and make sure that it does not get dry as you let it rise to twice the size during primary fermentation.
6. Deflate it, divide it into five pieces and again roll these into balls. (Each ball should be around 98g.)
7. Cover them with a wet cloth for 15 minutes of bench time.
8. Roll them again and put them on a baking tray covered with a baking sheet.
9. Be careful that they do not get dry as they rise to 1.5 times the size during secondary fermentation.
10. Brush them with beaten egg and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
11. Bake them for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Making the tick eggs (amount for two buns)
12. Mix together four eggs, one large spoon of shirodashi (15g), 70ml of water, and one large spoon of mayonnaise. Since the mayonnaise can be difficult to mix, it becomes easier to mix if you first dilute the amount for one egg and then mix it. Do not beat the eggs.
13. Pour two centimeters (about 155g) of 12 in a microwaveable container with about the same diameter as the buns.
14. Microwave it for 2 minutes and 30 seconds at 600w.
15. Carefully remove it, wrap it in cling wrap, and let it cook in the remaining heat.
16. Cut the cooled down buns and spread mayonaise on them.
17. Put 15 in between. Finished!

When using a microwave lower the wattage for moister eggs. Try to heat them for 3 minutes at 500w and for 5 minutes at 300w.
