Pizza sauce ingredients I used
: 1 canned whole tomato
: 50g chopped onion(1/2 large size onion)
: 50g chopped celery
: 10g chopped garlic (5 or more cloves)
: 1/2 tsp dried oregano
: 1/2 tsp dried basil
: 1 tbsp white wine
: Bay leaf

主が小さい頃はピザトーストじゃなくピザパンって言ってた。所謂ピザと言われてるあの丸い生地のピザはピザパイって言ってた。

このチャンネルではアメリカ規格の計量器を使ってますので、日本よりほんの少しだけ多めです。例えば大さじ１は日本の大さじ1.25くらいです。1カップは日本だと２００ｃｃですがアメリカの1カップは２３０ｃｃくらいです。参考までに。
