How to make COD en Papillote (Parchment paper) | Bart van Olphen ─ Bart's Fish Tales

A very easy and delicious way to cook seafood, and especially frozen fish, is 'en papillote' which is French for 'in parchment'. You create a delicious combination of flavours by letting the food steam and the sauce you add on top makes sure the fish does not dry out while the oven does its work. Super simple! Enjoy.
