Lassi is all time favorite drink. Specially having cool lassi during hot summer days is a pure bliss. Here is the recipe of lassi with 3 different flavors. This is very healthy and simple recipe. Lassi is healthy and nutritious too. You can try these lassi at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and comment.
Ingredients:
For Mango Lassi
• 1/2 cup Curd / Yogurt
• Mango pulp
• 1/4 cup Milk
• A pinch of Cardamom powder
• 3 tsp Powdered Sugar
For Rose Lassi
• 1 cup Yogurt / Curd
• 1/4 cup Rose syrup
• 2 tsp Powdered Sugar
For Chocolate Lassi
• 1/2 cup Yogurt / Curd
• 1/4 cup Milk
• 4 tbsp melted Chocolate
• 2 tsp Powdered sugar
Method:
For Mango Lassi
• Take yogurt into a bowl.
• Chop mango into small pieces and blend them into pulp in the
mixer.
• Add mango pulp, milk, cardamom powder and powdered sugar.
• You can add water in place of milk if you don't want to add it.
• Churn it well to mix everything together.
• You can use blender for churning.
• But if you churn the lassi with wooden whisk or "ravi" then lassi
gets that nice grainy texture.
• Mango lassi is already.
• Serve the lassi and garnish with few mango pieces and dry nuts.
For Chocolate Lassi
• Take yogurt into a bowl.
• Add milk, melted chocolate and powdered sugar.
• You can use any chocolate syrup or chocolate spread in place of
melted chocolate.
• Churn the lassi with the help of wooden whisk.
• Chocolate lassi is already.
• Serve the lassi and garnish with chocolate syrup.
For Rose Lassi
• Take curd into a bowl.
• Add rose syrup and powdered sugar.
• You can also use rose petals or gulkand too.
• Churn the lassi with wooden whisk.
• Rose lassi is already.
• Serve the lassi and garnish with some rose syrup.
