My good friend Donal Skehan was visiting Amsterdam and I decided to take him on a tour of Dutch streetfood in my home town! We started with kibbeling (battered cod), followed with traditional raw herring with pickles and onion and finished with prawn shrimp croquettes and a kopstootje (jenever and beer) at my favourite café in Amsterdam! Enjoy.
