Making onion, ginger and garlic powder is a very easy and simple process. We are making these powders without using oven. As summer is here its time for making spices for the whole year. You can use these powders to make quick curries. Do try this recipe and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and comment.

Ingredients:
Onions
Garlic
Ginger

Method:
Take onion and and cut off its stem part.
Cut the onion into half and peel off the dried skin.
Slice the onion vertically.
You can slice it horizontally too if you want.
But if you slice the onion vertically it becomes easier to slice it and also easier to separate the slices.
This sliced onion goes perfect in salad and fantastic in biryani once it dries.
Separate the slices.
Spread the onion evenly into a big dish or plate.
Sundry the onion for about 4-5 days or until it turns nice and crispy.
You can dry onion in oven too. Dry the sliced onion at 100-130 Deg F for about 4-5 hours.
You can store the dries onion in airtight container for making biryani.
Transfer the dried onion into a blender jar and blend it into powder.
Onion powder is already.
Take the garlic pod and give it a good punch with a garlic press.
The cloves are easily separated.
Take 3-4 cloves together and cut off the hard part with knife and peel it.
Chop the garlic roughly.
Sundry the garlic for about 3-4 days or until it becomes nice and crisp.
Transfer the dried garlic into a blender jar and blend it into powder.
Rinse the ginger really good with water.
Dry the ginger with a clean napkin.
Take a shredder and grate the ginger.
You can peel the ginger with knife if you want.
Spread the grated ginger evenly and sundry it for about 2-3 days.
Transfer the dried ginger into a blender jar and blend it into powder.
You can strain all the powders if you want.
Store all the powders in airtight container.
