1 cup potatoes (cubed into small pieces)
1 cup cauliflower floret (in small pieces)
1/2 cup green peas (I am using frozen peas)
1/4 cup carrots (cubed into small pieces)
1 Tbsp ginger (thinly sliced)
1 Tbsp green chili (cut into small pieces)
3 Tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric (haldi)
1-1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 Tbsp fennel seed powder (saunf)
2 tsp garam masala
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup cilantro (chopped, hara dhania)
