INGREDIENTS:
1 large onion (250g)
4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
2 (200g) carrots
2 (100g) celery sticks
8 oz mushrooms
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp + more for topping Sir Kensington's Ketchup!
2 tbsp red wine vinegar (or any vinegar)
2 tbsp ground flax + 6 tbsp water
1 (14.5 oz) can black beans
1 (14.5 oz) can cooked lentils
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp Italian seasonings
1 cup gluten free flour
