🌸 골뱅이 (GolBaengI) is whelk and 무침 (MuChim) is a cooking method in Korean. For muchim, you mix a main ingredient that can be either meat, seafood, sea plant, or vegetable with seasoning ingredients like this. In Korea, people eat this spicy whelk side as a side-dish when they drink. Of course, people who don't drink, like me, also can enjoy eating it as a snack or a meal. The taste is a little spicy, sweet, and sour.
