1/4 cup stevia
2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup butter, unsalted & melted
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Top with butter, cinnamon & stevia or chocolate stevia spread or powdered stevia glaze (water & powdered sugar)
