Dish 1 - Cauliflower Alfredo with Broccoli

2- 12 oz pasta
5 garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
500g cauliflower
3 cups almond milk
salt/pepper
500g broccoli
6 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 small lemon

Dish 2 - Sweet Potatoes with Bean 'Beef'

6 or more sweet potatoes
2 cans black beans
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp paprika
salt/pepper
1/2 cup flaxseed meal
2 tbsp olive oil

Dish 3 - Fun Salads

lettuce
chickpeas
tomatoes
cucumbers
red onion
pumpkin seeds
