'Pamplie' barrel churned butter comes from the Deux-Sèvres department, in western France. High Butterfat percentage, Firm consistency, Pale yellow colour, Smooth flavours with hints of hazelnut : Top bakers and pastry chefs from all around the world secretly crave for this butter for a reason : It's allegedly the best butter ever for pastry lamination.
