TUNA lasagne with vegetables and cheese ─ Bart's Fish Tales

What says family more than a big lasagne to share? Served in the middle of the table it's the perfect meal for a #FishyFriday night! For this recipe I use pole and line caught skipjack tuna that is MSC certified. I also put in loads of vegetables, which makes this lasagne a little different from the classic Italian recipe as you might know! I've used green asparagus, zucchini and eggplant, but feel free to use any seasonal vegetables you can find. What is your favourite lasagne recipe? Hope you'll try mine! Have a great weekend!
