👩🏻‍🍳 Tofu is a good source of protein and also can be a great replacement for meat. However, sometimes the flavor is too bland to enjoy by itself. So today, I will introduce a delicious way to enjoy tofu by adding curry flavor to it. It is called 'KaReDuBu BuChim' in Korean. As usual, it is super simple yet delicious. Try it someday. 🤗

Main Ingredients:
* 1 Pack Firm Tofu (16 oz) (⅛-¼ tsp Salt)
* 2 Tbsp Garlic Chives
* 2 Tbsp Red Hot Pepper
* 2 Eggs (2 Pinches Salt)
* 3 Tbsp Korean Curry Powder
* 2 Tbsp Korean Frying Mix or All-purpose Flour
* Some Cooking Oil for Frying
