Waffles are just pancakes with abs! Known for indulgent eats and a creative spin on traditional American food, Project Brunch is a popular Staten Island eatery that serves loaded hot chocolate, crazy pancakes, and super-sized cocktails. We like to consider brunch the most important meal of the day, so for this episode of Twisted Explore, we got the opportunity to try some of their most delectable dishes. As one of their most popular menu items, the Mac and Cheese waffle is made with a bacon batter, stuffed with their homemade Mac, and topped with a bacon jalapeño maple syrup.
