I stopped by on my way to lunch at Nix, not planning to eat a pre-lunch. Then I saw JUST Egg and had to try it on The Miles croissant sandwich. This breakfast sandwich proves the future of food is plant-based! Fluffy egg, flaky- buttery croissant, smoked provolone and smokey seitan will woo your tastebuds. True story, I may have enjoyed the Miles sandwich more than my Michelin starred lunch.
