Vegan Michelin Star Restaurant: Nix New York. Set an enthusiastic eater free in New York and the issue is not finding exceptional food, it's choosing where to spend your precious calories and dollars. I let Michelin be my guide and followed one star to Nix Restaurant for lunch.

Nix is a plant-based concept by chef John Fraser and James Truman that celebrates vegetables with intricate flavor pairing and rich textures, earning one Michelin star. I was eager to see how it compares to the other Michelin rated vegan restaurant NYC, Kajitsu. Nix's star is well-deserved with an impressive meat-free menu.
