Honey Dosa Ginger Chicken
Ingredients :-
Chicken - 750 g
Onion(chopped) - 200 g
Cashew nuts - 25 g
Corn Flour - 10 g
Grated Ginger - 10 g
Chill Powder - 10 g
Coriander Powder - 10 g
Flavouring Salt - Pinch
Chilly Sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - As Required
Egg White - 1
Red Food Colour - 1 tsp
Green Chillies(chopped) - 10 g
Jeera Powder - ½ tsp
Ginger juliennes - ¼ cup
Onion rings - 1 cup
Oil - As Required

Honey - 1 tsp
Method :-
Take a pan, add soaked cashew nuts, onions saute it for some time. Grind it into a fine paste.
In a mixing bowl take chicken & add grated ginger , egg white , chilli powder , salt and some cornflour and mix it well.
Now deep fry the chicken pieces in oil and keep it aside.
Take some oil in a pan, add onion-cashew paste , chilli powder , coriander powder , cumin powder and saute it for a minute.
In that add some salt , chilly sauce , tomato ketchup and little amount of water and cook it.
Now add flavouring salt , green chillies , vinegar , check salt and add Chicken pieces and mix it well.
Transfer it into a serving bowl and add Brown onions and fried ginger juliennes and Spring Onions.
Serve it Hot

Method :-
Take a dosa pan and make a dosa add Honey to it.
Serve it hot with Ginger Chicken.
