Recipe Kara sev
Kara sev
3 cups besan flour ( chick pea Flour)
1 cup rice flour
To taste – salt
½ tsp chilli pdr
2 tsp garlic paste
½ tsp cumin
Pinch – hing
Options – curry leaves, pepper crushed – sesame seeds – chilli pdr
in a mixing bowl and all the ingredients and knead to a soft dough consistency
you can add one optional ingredient to flavor your kara recipe
heat oil in a Kadai
taking the help of a grater directly drop the sev in the hot oil and fry till they are golden in colour
you can store this sev for more than 15 days and enjoy eating it as a evening snack
