Five Pomfret Fish Fry's
Firstly clean the fish and cut the fish as shown in the video
Type 1 :
Pomfret fish - 1
Chickpea flour - 1 tb spn
Rice flour - 1 tb spn
Ajwain - ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt - To Taste
Oil - As required
Method:
In a bowl add besan flour,rice flour,ajwain,ginger garlic paste,kashmiri chilli powder,some salt and oil. Mix this well and marinate this well to the fish and deep fry it in the hot oil.
Type 2 :
Pomfret fish - 1
Corn flour - 1 tb spn
Maida - 1 tb spn
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 string
Water - As Required
Salt - To Taste
Oil - As required
Method:
In a bowl add corn flour,maida,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala,red chilli powder,curry leaves,little water and mix it well.
Coat this masala to fish and deep fry it in hot oil.
Type 3 :
Pomfret fish - 1
Dry coconut powder - 1 tsp
Cloves - 2
Jeera - ½ tsp
Fennel seeds - ½ tsp
Byadgi Chillies - 2
Pepper '- ½ tsp
Poppy seeds - ½ tsp
Coriander seeds - ½ tsp
Salt - To taste
Method:
Grind all the above mentioned ingredients into fine powder and apply it to the fish well and deep fry it in hot oil.
Type 4 :
Pomfret fish - 1
Maida - 2 tb spn
Corn flour - 2 tb spn
Salt - To taste
Water - As Required
Oil - As Required
Method:
Take a bowl add corn flour,maida,some salt and mix it well. Now add water and make it into a thick paste and coat it well to the fish and deep fry it in hot oil.
Type 5 :
Coriander mint paste - ¼ cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Sambar Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - To taste
Poppy seeds - 2 tb spn
Method:
Take a bowl add coriander mint paste,ginger garlic paste,pepper,chilli powder,turmeric powder,sambar powder,salt and mix well. Now apply this paste to the fish and coat it with poppy seeds and deep fry it.
