Ganpati Bappa Moriya!!! On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, leran how to make healthy fried modak recipe and offer to our loved Ganeshji. I have made Atta modak without frying, in my airfryer. Fried Modak are very famous, easy to make and tasty to eat with crispy crust outside and chewy coconut stuffing inside. Must try this delicious and simple modak recipe

INGREDIENTS

For Stuffing:
Dessicated Coconut/ Fresh Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Jaggery powder/ Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Green Cardamon Powder - 1/4 tsp

For Covering/ dough:
Whole Wheat Flour (Atta) - 1 cup
Semolina (Suji) - 1 tbsp
Clarified Butter (Desi ghee) - 1 tbsp
Milk - 3-4 tbsp
Oil for brushing
