I've ALWAYS wanted to take a crack at Poutine ever since I visited Vancouver a few years back and this one is absolutely incredible. Gravy is amazing on everything and it doesn't get any better than pouring it straight over crispy potatoes, melty cheese curds, perfectly toasty SPAM® Classic (sponser), and a wonderful aroma of rosemary to boot. I really hope you guys try this out and let me know your thoughts on this recipe!
