Method:
Take a Pan
Add Oil
Add 1 tsp Mustard seeds
Add ½ tsp Cumin seeds & Fennel Seeds
Add 3 Red Chillies
Add 1 tb spn Peanuts
Add 1 sprig Curry Leaves
Add 1 tsp chopped Garlic
Add 3 chopped Green Chillies
Add a pinch of Turmeric
Add chopped Sorrel Leaves
Saute it for a minute
Add Salt to Taste
Add 1 cup of Chana Dal
Prawn Pickle
Take a pan, Add Oil
Add chopped Garlic
Add 2 Sprig Curry Leaves
Add 4 chopped Green Chillies
Add 250g Prawns
Fry it for 6-7 Minutes
Add 1 tb spn Ginger Garlic Paste
Add a Pinch of Fenugreek Powder
Add ½ tsp Fennel Seeds Powder
Add ¼ cup of Vinegar
Add Salt
Add Mustard Powder
Add Red Chilli Powder
Add 1 Sprig of Dill Leaves
Add Crushed Pepper Powder
Prawn Fry
Take a bowl
Add Ginger Garlic Paste
Add Turmeric Powder
Add All Purpose Flour
Add Crushed Pepper
Add Salt
Add Beaten Egg
Mix it well
Add Prawns to it & Coat it well
Add finely chopped Curry Leaves
Coat 1 batch with dessicated Coconut Powder
Fry it in hot Oil
Coat the 2nd Batch with Bread Crumbs
Fry it in Hot Oil
