Recipe Of Tandoori Roti On Tava
Wheat Flour Naan & Raw Papaya Dal
Method:
Take a mixing Bowl
Add 3 cup of Wheat Flour
Add Some Salt
Take Warm Water
Add ½ tsp Sugar
Add ½ tsp Yeast
Mix it well
Add 1 Egg
Whisk it well
Add 1 tsp of Oil & mix it well
Add this mix to the flour
Knead it well
Cover it with a wet cloth
Rest it for 30 minutes in a warm place
Divide the dough into small balls
Cut the Okra
Cut the Tindora
Take a dough ball & roll it
Spread the Okra on dough
Sprinkle finely chopped Garlic
Press the vegetables on dough
Cook it on a Hot Tawa
Apply Butter & cook it
Sprinkle little Chat Masala
Take a Pressure Cooker
Add 1 cup Soaked Moong Dal
Add ½ cup Soaked Chana Dal
Add ½ tsp Turmeric
Add 2 Chopped Tomatoes
Add Chopped Raw Papaya
Cook it closed till Dal is soft
Add Salt to taste
Take a pan
Add Oil
Add ½ tsp Cumin seeds
Add 1 finely chopped Onion
Add a pinch of salt
Brown them slightly
Add 2 slit Green Chillies
Add 1 tsp chopped Garlic
Add this to the Dal
Finish it off with coriander leaves
