Mutton seena curry
Ingredients;-
Mutton seena - 500 grams
Cloves - 4no;s
Cardamom - 3no's
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Chop onions - 1cup
Dry coconut powder - 1tbs
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Garam masala - 1tsp
Garlic - 5 no's
Curry leaves - 2spring
Red chilli powder -1tbs
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Mint leaves - 1bunch
Oil - as required
Salt - to taste
water - as required
Method ;-
Heat pressure cooker add some oil, cloves,
Cardamom, cumin seeds, chop onions, salt and fry it.
Now add dry coconut powder, and roast it.
Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, mutton seena,
Some water, coriander powder, garam masala, and
Cook for 5 to 6 visils.
In a pan add oil, garlic, curry leaves, boiled mutton,
And add some more salt, red chilli powder, crush pepper,
And cook for some time.
In the last add mint leaves.
Transfer to a bowl,and serve with hot rice.
Yellow cucumber dal
Ingredients;-
Cucumber - 1cup
Toor dal - 1cup
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Green chillies - 5no's
Red chillies - 4no's
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Hing - pinch
Curry leaves - 2springs
Ghee - 1tbs
Salt - to taste
Water - as required
Method;-
Heat pressure cooker, add toor dal, turmeric powder,
Cucumber pieces, water, green chillies, and cook it.
Heat apan add ghee, red chillies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds,
Hing, curry leaves,and mix it.
Now add boiled dal, salt and cook it for some time.
Transfer in to a plate, serve with hot rice.
