पंजाबी मटन करी - Mutton Masala Recipe - Thick Gravy, Punjabi Masala Powder Recipe - Corn Pulao ─ Vahchef - Hindi

मैंने कई पंजाबी रसोइयों के साथ काम किया और प्रत्येक में बढ़िया पंजाबी खाना पकाने की एक ट्रिक थी और मटन करी की एक रेसिपी मुझे बहुत पसंद आई और यहाँ पर इसे पकाने और पकाने की विधि है
पंजाबी मटन मसाला करी -Punjabi mutton masala curry
Ingredients;-
Mutton -500 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Curd - 1cup
Bay leaf - 1
Coriander seeds - 1tsp
Red chillies -3 no's
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cloves - 4
Cardamom - 3
Staranice - 1
Maize - 1
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Pepper - 1tsp
Fried cashew nuts - 1tsp
Onion paste - 1cup
Green chilli paste - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Tomato puree -1cup
Capsicum - 1/2cup
Coriander leaves -2srpings
Mustard oil -2tbs
Oil - 1tbs
Salt - to taste
Water - as required
Method;-
Heat pressure cooker add some water, mutton pieces,
Ginger garlic paste, curd, and cook for 5 vissils.
Take another pan add bay leaf, coriander seeds, red chillies,
Cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, staranice, maize, cumin seeds,
Pepper, and cook in slow flame for 4 minutes.
Transfer in to mixie jar and add cashew nuts to it.
Make fine powder. Keep a side.
In a pan add mustard oil, oil, heat it.
Now add onion paste, green chilli paste,and cook it.
Add turmeric powder, tomato puree, grinded masala powder,
And mix it nicely.
Now add boiled mutton pieces, salt and cook in slow flame for
7 minutes.
Then add capsicum pieces, chop coriander leaves and cook
Another 2 minutes.


Butter corn pulao
Ingredients;-
Rice -1c
Cumin seeds - 1/2tsp
Green chillies - 2
Mint - 2 springs
Sweet corn - 1/2cup
Garam masala - 1/2tsp
Butter - 2cubes
Salt - to taste
method ;-
Heat a pan add cumin seeds, green chillies,
mint leaves, butter, salt, Sweet corn, and roast it.
Add some garam masala, cooked rice, and add some salt
And mix it nicely
