Rajma masala curry
Ingredients;-
Rajma - 250 grams
Coriander seeds - 2tsp
Kashmiri red chillies - 5 no's
Pepper - 1tsp
Cumin seeds - 2tsp
Bay leaf - 1
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cloves - 4 no's
Black cardamom -1
Nutmeg - ½ piece
Maize - 1
Dry ginger - ½ piece
Anardana seeds - 1tsp
Dry mango powder- 1/2tsp
Hing - pinch
Onion paste - 1cup
Tomato puree - 1cup
Kasoori methi powder - 1tsp
Butter - 2cubes
Oil - as required
Salt - to taste
Water - as required
Method;-
Heat a pan, add coriander seeds, kashmiri red chillies, pepper,
Cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, black cardamom,
Nutmeg, maize, dry ginger, anardana seeds, roast in a slow flame.
Transfer in a mixie jar and add dry mango powder, and grind in to
Fine powder.
Now cook the rajma in hot water. Now add grinded masala powder, and mix it.
Take another pan add some oil, cumin seeds, hing, onion paste, some salt,
And cook it.
Get the brown colour add tomato puree, and cook for some time.
Add some kasoori methi powder, add boiled rajma, butter, and check the salt.
Transfer to a bowl and serve with hot rice.
Paneer bhurji
Ingredients;-
Paneer - 100grams
Onions - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Green chillies - 2no's
Tomatoes - 2no's
Cumin powder - 1tsp
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Chop capsicum - 1/2cup
Red chillies - 1
Red chilli powder - 1tsp
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Oil - as required
Salt - to taste
Method;-
Heat a pan add oil, onions, salt, ginger garlic paste, cook it.
Add green chillies, tomatoes, and mix it.
Now add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,
Garam masala, chop capsicum, chop red chilli, some chilli powder,
And mix it. Add paneer bhurji and mix it nicely.
In the last add coriander leaves, and cook it.
Now ready to serve and enjoy.
