Vahchef paneer king masala curry
Ingredients;-
For the masla;-
Coriander seeds - 1tsp
Red chillies - 4no's
Cinnamon stick - 1
Black cardamom - 1
Nutmeg - small piece
Dry ginger - small piece
Hing - small piece
Green cardamom - 3no's
Chana dal - 1tsp
Urad dal - 1tsp
Pepper - 1tsp
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Maize - 1
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Fennel seeds - 1tsp
Chop garlic - 1tsp
Kasoori methi - 1tsp
For the curry;-
Shahjeera - 1tsp
Chop onions - 1cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Cashew nut powder - 1tsp
Chop tomatoes - 1cup
Curd - 1cup
Shallots 10 no's
Capsium - 1/2cup
Carrots - 1/2cup
Coriander leaves -for garnish
Oil - as required
Salt - to taste
Water - as required
Method ;-
Heat a pan add coriander seeds, red chillies. Cinnamon, black cardamom,
Staranice, nutmeg, dry ginger, hing, green cardamom, chana dal, urad dal,
Pepper, mustard seeds, maize, and roast in a slow flame.
Now add, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, chop garlic, and roast it again.
Transfer to a plate and add kasoori methi and grind into fine powder.
Heat a pan add oil, shahjeera, chop onions, salt and cook for some time.
In this add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cashew nut powder,
Chop tomatoes, and cook in slow flame.
Now add grinded masala powder, curd some water, shallots and cook
For 10 minutes.
In this add burnt capsicum, onion, carrot and mix it.
Add paneer pieces, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer in to a serving plate
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti.
