INGREDIENTS:
Milk - 2 lit
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - As Required
Saffron water - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Almonds - 1 tsp
Pistas - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
Take milk to a heavy bottom pan and boiled up on a low flame. Then switch off the flame.
Then add 2 tsp vinegar, Stir until it curdles and add cold water. Then pour the muslin cloth and drain the water. Paneer is ready.
Take the paneer make into the small dumplings.
Heat water in a pan, sugar, milk, boiled it and add lime juice boiled it once. Sugar syrup is ready.
Then add rasmalai dumplings boiled it for 10-15 minutes. Then add some cold water.
Transfer into the rasmalai on sugar syrup soaked it.
Boiled milk in a pan, add sugar, saffron water, cardamom powder mix it well. Cool it once and add rasmalais, badam, pistas mix it and serve it.
