White Korma - Simple Breakfast Or Dinner Kurma With Poori - Coconut Gravy Recipe - Bunny Carving ─ Vahchef - VahRehVah

Coriander puri, white kurma
Ingredients;-
Coriander poori;-
Wheat flour - ½ cup
All purpose flour - ½ cup
Coriander leaves - 1bunch
Salt - to taste
Oil - as required
Water - as required
White kurma;-
Boiled potato - 1cup
Boiled kabuli chana - ½ cup
Cardamom - 3
Cloves - 4
Bay leaf - 1
Fennel seeds - 1tsp
Chopped onions - ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Crush green chillies - 1tbs
Fresh coconut paste - ½ cup
Poppy seeds paste - 1tbs
Mint leaves - 1 bunch
Salt - to taste
Oil - as required
Method;-
In a bowl add some coriander leaves, salt,and rub it.
Add some wheat flour, all purpose flour, water, and mix it
Like tight dough.
Now make some poori and fry in hot oil. keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan add cardamom, cloves, bay leaf, crushed fennel seeds,
Chopped onions, and add salt and cook it nicely.
Now add ginger garlic paste, crush green chillies, coconut paste,
Poppy seed paste, and add some water and cook it like thick gravy.
Then add boiled potato pieces, and mash some pieces and add to it.
Add kabuli chana, and cook for 10 minutes. Add some mint leaves
And switch off the flame.
Transfer in to plate and serve with coriander puri.
