Biryani Masala Paneer Sabjii For Lunch Box And Roti Subzi - Chicken Aloo Kurma ─ Vahchef - VahRehVah

CHICKEN ALOO KURMA

Heat a pan add 1tsp of coriander seeds
Add 4 red chillies
Add 1tsp of cumin seeds
Add 1tsp of dry prawns and dry roast it.
Then make fine powder.
Take a pan add 2tbs of oil
Add whole garam masala
Add 1/2cup of chopped onions
Add 1tsp of ginger garlic paste
Add 1tbs of mint
Add 1/2tsp of turmeric powder
And mix it nicely.
Add 1cup of chopped tomatoes
Add 4 green chillies
And cook for 5 minutes.
Now add 500 grams of chicken
Add some water and cook it.
Add 1cup of potato pieces
Add 1/2cup of coconut cashew nut paste
And mix it nicely.
Then check the salt
Add grinded masala powder
Add chopped coriander leaves
Switch off the flame.
Now serve with hot rice.
GHEE BIRYANI MASALA SABJI

Heat a pan add 1tbs of oil & ghee
Add 1tsp of cumin seeds
Add 1/2tsp of kalonji
Add 1/2cup of chopped onions
Add 1tsp of salt and cook it.
Then add 1/2tsp of turmeric powder
Add 1tsp of ginger garlic paste
Add 1/2cup of carrot
Add 1tsp of coriander powder
Add 1/2tsp of cumin powder
Add 4green chillies
Add 1cup of paneer pieces
And add 1cup of curd and mix it.
Now add 1tbs of cashew nut powder
Add some water and boil it.
Add 1tbs of biryani masala
Add 1tbs of mint leaves
Add 1/2cup of cube onions
Add 1/2cup of capsicum pieces
And cook for a minute.
And add 1tsp of kasoori methi powder
Finally add 1tbs of coriander leaves
Then switch off the flame.
