Crunchy Bhindi Fry
Ingredients:
Okra - 250g
Peanuts - 50g
Red Chillies - 5
Salt - To Taste
Chana Dal - 1 tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Garlic (Crushed) - 5 Pods
Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
Method:
Take a Pan, Add Oil
Add Peanuts
Fry Peanuts till they Crackle
Fry them & Keep aside
Add 5-6 Red Chillies
Add Chopped Okra
Add Salt to Taste
Fry Okra till they are Crunchy
Add 1 tsp Urad Dal
Add 1 tsp Chana Dal
Add Crushed Garlic
Add 2 Sprigs of Curry Leaves
Add ½ tsp of Turmeric
Add ½ tsp of Coriander Powder
Add ½ tsp of Cumin Powder
Add 1 tb spn desiccated-coconut
Add Fried Peanuts
Add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Add Salt to Taste

Bhindi Kadi Curry
Ingredients:
Besan - ½ Cup
Rice Flour - 2 tb spn
Turmeric - Pinch
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Crushed Peanuts - 2 tb spn
Okra - 200g
Salt - To Taste
Method:
Add ½ cup Besan
Add 2 tb spn Rice Flour
Add a pinch of Turmeric
Add ½ tsp Cumin seeds
Add Salt to taste
Add Crushed Peanuts
Add 1 tb spn Oil
Add thinly sliced Okra
Add little amount of water
Mix it well & make small Dumplings
Deep fry them in medium hot oil
Take a mixing Bowl
Add 1 cup of Yogurt
Add 1 tb spn of Besan
Mix well without any lumps
Add a pinch of Turmeric
Add a pinch of Hing
Add 1 tsp spn of Red Chilli Powder
Add 500 ml of Water
Add Salt to taste
Take a pan, Add Oil
Bring it to a smoking point & reduce the flame
Add 1 tsp Mustard seeds
Add 3 Red Chillies
Add 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Add a pinch of Fenugreek seeds
Add 1 sprig of Curry Leaves
Add Yogurt Mix
Add Green Chillies & mix it well
Add a pinch of Sugar
