Fried rice with double fried eggs
Ingredients;-
Eggs - 6
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Garam masala - pinch
All purpose flour- 1 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tsp
Chop garlic - 2 tsp
Chop ginger - 1 tsp
Chop onions - ½ cup
Flavouring salt - pinch
Red chillies - 1
Sugar - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Fish sauce - 1 tsp
Spring onions - 1 sprig
Boiled rice - 1 cup
Oil - as required
Salt - to taste
Method ;-
First boil the eggs for 8 minutes.
Take a bowl add egg, some water, pepper powder,
Garam masala, all purpose flour, corn flour, salt and
Mix it nicely.
Now put boiled eggs and mix it again.
Heat a pan, add boiled eggs,and saute it &
keep aside, In the same pan, add some more oil,
Add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped onions, salt, flavouring salt,
red chillies, and mix with eggs.
Now add boiled rice, a pinch of sugar, soya sauce, fish sauce,
And toss it. In the last add spring onions. And serve hot.
Big brinjal with sesame seed flavour
Ingredients;-
Big brinjal - 1
Slice ginger - 2 tbs
Slice onions - ½ cup
Capsicum - ½ cup
Beans - 5
Fish sauce - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds - 2 tsp
Corn flour slurry - 2 tb spn
Sesame seed oil - 1 tsp
Oil - as required
Spring onions - 1 sprig
Water - as required
Salt - to taste
method ;-
Heat a pan add oil, sliced ginger, sliced onions, salt, capsicum
Brinjal pieces, beans,and cook for 4 minutes.
Now add hot water, fish sauce, sugar, soya sauce, and mix it.
Add sesame seed powder, corn flour slurry, some sesame seed oil.
In the last add add spring onions.
Now transfer in to a plate. serve hot.
