very interesting tasty kofta with gulabjamn mix paneer and vegetables
GULAB JAMUN KOFTA CURRY FRIED ONION PARATA
In a pan add 1tbs of oil
Add ½ inch ginger
Add 4 garlic cloves
Add ½ cup of chopped onions
Add 1 tb spn of soaked cashew nuts
Add 2 tsp of melon seeds
And cook for 3 minutes.
Add ½ tsp of turmeric powder
Add ½ cup of tomatoes
And cook for another 3 minutes.
Then cool down the mixture
Put it in a blender & grind it into fine paste.
In a bowl add ½ cup of gulab jamun powder
Add pinch of garam masala
Add ½ tsp of red chilli powder
Add 1 tb spn of grated paneer
Add 1 tb spn of grated carrot
Add 1 tb spn of chopped beans
Add 1 tsp chopped mint leaves
Add 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves
Add 1 tb spn of grated cauliflower
Add ½ tsp of salt
Add 1 tsp of chopped green chillies
Add some water and mix it nicely.
Now make bullet shape koftas.
And fry in hot oil.
Heat a pan add 4 cubes of butter
Add 1 tsp of shahjeera
And add grinded masala into the gravy
And boil it for some time.
Then add ½ tsp of kasoori methi
Add ½ tsp of garam masala
Add 1 tsp of coriander powder
Add a pinch of sugar
And cook for 4 minutes.
Finally add 2 tb spn of fresh cream
Switch off the flame.
Then arrange the koftas in a plate.
Pour the gravy, garnish it with mint on top.
Fried onion paratha ;-
In a pan add 1tsp of oil
Add ½ cup of chopped onions
And cook it.
Then add 1tb spn of mint leaves
Add 1 tb spn of coriander leaves
Add 2 tsp of roasted chana dal powder
And mix it.keep a side.
Take the chapati dough stuff the onion mixture
And make the parata.
Heat a pan put the parata and add butter
cook for both sides.
Now serve kofta curry with fried onion paratha.
