Poori Curry With Al Yakhni Curry ─ Vahchef - VahRehVah

Al yakhni with poori
Ingredients;-
Fenugreek leaves - 2bunches
Coriander leaves - 1bunch
Wheat flour - 1up
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Ghee - 1/2tsp
Salt - pinch
Oil - for frying
Water - as required
Bottle gourd -1cup
Curd - 1cup
Hing - pinch
Ginger powder - 1tsp
Fennel powder - 2tsp
Black cardamom- 1
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cloves - 1no's
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Bay leaf - 1 no
Chop green chillies - 1tbs
Cardamom powder -
Salt - to taste
Mustard oil - as required
Method;-
In a mixie jar put some fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves, turmeric powder
And grind in to fine paste.
In a bowl add some wheat flour, turmeric powder, salt, grinded fenugreek paste,
Some ghee, and add some water, and mix it, like tight dough.
Now make some puri's and fry in hot oil.
Now take bottle gourd and cut in to medium pieces. Take fork spoon
make holes. And sprinkle some salt.
Now fry in hot oil, and keep aside.
In a bowl take some curd, add hing, ginger powder, fennel powder, and mix it.
Heat a pan add mustard oil, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves,
Cumin seeds, curd mixture, bay leaf, and mix it.
And add chopped green chillies, salt and cook for some time.
In the last add cardamom powder
